Included in the summer mailing is the 2019-2020 student classroom supplies. You may bring them on Meet the Teacher Night.

All students need to work on the summer packet. It will be due the first week of school. It is our hope that the students do a couple of pages each day. Be sure you child is being read to or reads every day too.

FYI to all parents: Before you purchase school shoes for next year there has been a change in policy and the ONLY color tennis shoe that can be worn for the 2019-2020 school year MUST be primarily navy blue, black or white (no blue, brown or grey). Velcro shoes are required for students in Preschool, Kindergarten and first grade until the students are able to tie their own shoes.

Extended Day billing will be twice a month and payment must be made before the next billing cycle or you student will not be able to attend Extended Day before or after school. For example: the first cycle will be on August 15 and payment must be made by August 30 in order for you child to continue with service.

All families are required to support all fundraisers. If your financial obligations are not met, your child will not be able to participate in any extracurricular activities including field trips.

Super Saturday is on Sat, Jul 27 from 8:00am-12:00pm. We will have used and new uniforms for sale. The PE uniform (grades 5-8 only) and navy polo's along with preschool uniforms will all be available for purchases through Magnalite. Items are also available at Dennis Uniforms. Wrist Bands Pre-sale We will also have a pre-sale of $25.00 wrist bands for our Fall Festival. These are priced at $18.00 each which gives you a savings of $7.00. These wrist bands will also be available in the office on August 12 through August 16. After this date the price will be $25.00 This wrist band is an all day band and will be used for carnival rides.

We will also have OLPH lanyards and KNIGHTS sting back packs for sale at Super Saturday (perfect bag for 5-8 graders to put their PE uniform or sports clothes in).

NEW at this year's Fall Festival! A video game truck will be at our Fall Festival. $15.00 per hour to play various video games. Sign up for these games will begin in September in the school office.

A change has been made in the Discipline Program for the 2019-2020 school year. Students will have a Knightly Note that will share with the parents all celebrations and challenges of the day. When you receive your Parent Handbook please review the Major Offenses with your student. If a child has a major infraction, the first offense is an in-school suspension with a parent conference, the second infraction is an out of school suspension and the student will be placed on probation. The third infraction will require the student to withdraw. Receiving a catholic education is a privilege and if a student is not on board, it is not fair to the teachers or other students as it disrupts the learning environment.
