Value of an OLPH Education

At OLPH Glendale, the value of our education is measured beyond grades or test scores. It’s also evident in the kind of students they become. Every experience contributes to shaping our students to become confident learners and compassionate leaders. And that’s why families find that the impact of their investment extends far beyond the classroom and lasts a lifetime.

Faith That Forms the Future

In our community, faith is a way of life. Daily prayer, weekly Mass, and service opportunities give students a sense of purpose that grows alongside their academics. More than 180 days a year, students engage in faith formation activities, strengthening their moral foundation and their heart of service. Teachers weave Catholic values into lessons across every subject, helping children build integrity, empathy, and a desire to serve others.

Learning That Lasts

Strong academics and optimal class sizes mean students are known by name and supported at each step. OLPH’s STREAM approach (Science, Technology, Religion, Engineering, Art, and Math) builds creative problem-solvers and helps students grow the skills they’ll lean on in high school and beyond. During the regular school day, students can explore interests through Journalism classes, Life Skills classes, and enrichment like Chess Club, plus community-building experiences such as music assemblies and choir. After school, they can keep the momentum going with hands-on clubs and activities like STEM Club, Robotics Club, 3D Printing, LEGO Club, Jr. Chef Club, and Drama Club — making learning feel active, creative, and fun.

Community That Cares

Families describe OLPH as an extension of home. It’s a place where their children feel they belong and are encouraged to be their best. In fact, many families play a significant role in campus life, contributing their time through volunteer projects, athletics, or classroom activities. There are also a dozen school-wide events each year, from the All Saints Day Parade to Family STREAM Night, where everyone comes together to celebrate community.

“Choosing OLPH Glendale for our children has been one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. Thanks to the scholarships we received, we were able to provide our children with high-quality education without financial strain. The education they received helped them develop strong moral character, leadership skills, and prepared them for high school. We’ve found the tuition to be very reasonable, especially considering the personal attention and faith-based values our children experience every day. The return on this investment is truly priceless.

Each STO determines its own award amounts annually. These amounts may vary from year to year, which is why it’s important to apply to every STO on our partner list to maximize the opportunity for support.
